Palik Racing Team makes all efforts to make its services available in the possible highest level, but takes no responsibility for any damages caused by technical problems or unavailability of services.

The Data Handler - suspending data handling at the same time - is bound to investigate the protest and inform the applicant about the result in written form in the possible shortest interval but in 15 days the latest.

10. Legal redress of users

In case of violation of rights users may bring Data Handler to justice. In case the user does not agree with the decisions made by the Data Handler regarding the user's protest, the user may bring Data Handler to justice in 30 days after receiving the statement.

Data Handler is liable for compensating damages caused by illegal data handling of users or infringement of data protection requirements.
